The main aspect of this section will focus on personal clearance levels or PCL. For those obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance the following information is what you need to read:

U.S. Government Facility Access – Facility 访问s
Access to federal government facilities may be virtual (electronically only); physical visit; or by residency as a sub-contractor, 研究员, or student worker/intern. A Facility 访问 Letter or JPAS Facility 访问 from the FSO is required.
For those of you requiring such access or perhaps an account to access a U.S. Government computer system, then a lower level of investigation is required. This is taken care of by the Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions SF85P. You will need to read the following:

Institutional Review Board (IRB)
The role of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) is to review all the proposed research involving human subjects and to ensure that subjects are treated ethically and that their rights and welfare are adequately protected.
The IRB process is administered through the 研究合规 Unit. Investigators and student 研究员s are not allowed to solicit human subject participation or begin data collection prior to receiving IRB approval in writing
